Service industry upgrade, 'six networks' highlighted
Premier Li Qiang chaired an executive meeting of the State Council, China's Cabinet, on Monday to hear reports on the capacity expansion and quality improvement of the service industry as well as on supervision of the planning and construction of the "six networks" — water, new-type power grids, computing power, next-generation communication, urban underground pipeline and logistics.
The meeting noted that advancing service sector upgrade and the "six networks" projects is of great significance for stabilizing investment, expanding consumption and improving people's livelihoods.
It called for efforts to fully unleash the development potential of the service industry, refine supporting policies and accelerate the removal of various constraints and obstacles.
