A bus makes its way on Monday along a flooded street in Shenyang, the capital of Liaoning province, which saw rapid flooding after heavy rainfall brought by Typhoon Bavi. The downpour lasted about eight hours in Shenyang, with classes at local educational institutions suspended and scenic spots closed.
