Vehicles wade through a severely waterlogged stretch following heavy rainfall at Rohtak Road in New Delhi, India, on Thursday. Incessant rainfall continued to batter the capital of India, triggering widespread waterlogging, traffic disruptions and structural damage in several parts of the city. At least four people died in a building collapse in the city in the latest rain-related incidents. In the western state of Maharashtra, at least 13 people were killed in rain-related incidents, local officials said. Authorities received 68 complaints of waterlogging on Thursday, local media said.
