In an exclusive interview with China Perspective, Zhu Min, former deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund, elaborated on the "constructive relationship of strategic stability" between China and the United States.
Zhu said that differences between China and the US are inevitable, but so is cooperation. "Now, through a constructive approach—using expanding cooperation to manage differences—both nations and their peoples benefit, and so does the world," he added.
