Premier stresses promoting deeper integration of AI
Premier Li Qiang called for deeper integration of artificial intelligence with advanced manufacturing during a fact-finding trip in Beijing on Monday.
Li said that China should leverage its vast market, complete industrial chains, and wide range of applications to accelerate the large-scale use of intelligent robots under safe conditions.
China, Georgia pledge to strengthen coordination
Zhao Leji, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, held talks on Monday with Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili in Beijing.
Papuashvili is leading a delegation to visit China from Monday to Wednesday.
Zhao said that China is ready to work with Georgia to uphold mutual benefit, expand cooperation in emerging sectors and strengthen multilateral coordination. Papuashvili said that Georgia firmly adheres to the one-China principle and is willing to actively participate in Belt and Road cooperation.
Wang Huning, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, also met with Papuashvili on Monday.

Vice-Premier Ding Xuexiang has called for accelerating the construction of a national integrated computing power network to support high-quality economic and social development.
Vice-president calls for openness at trade summit
Vice-President Han Zheng called on countries on Monday to strengthen solidarity and cooperation, uphold openness and inclusiveness, and pursue common development based on mutual benefit, while addressing the opening ceremony of the Global Trade and Investment Promotion Summit 2026 in Beijing.
