American students learning Chinese: What they want you to know

At a time of heightened attention on US -China relations, a group of young Americans studying Chinese in China share what they have discovered firsthand. In their view, young people in both countries have far more in common than divides them — the same songs, the same films, the same curiosity and passion for each other's cultures.
