US Business leader looks to Trump's China visit to break misperceptions

In an exclusive interview with China Perspective, Sean Stein, president of the US-China Business Council, said he sees President Trump's upcoming visit to China as a critical opportunity for dialogue.
"A lot of folks haven't been to China in a long time and may not understand what the situation is on the ground," Stein said. "Coming will help them have a more clear-eyed and realistic understanding of where China stands."
Until that understanding takes hold, he said, it's easy to imagine dangers and concerns that may not be as serious as they seem.
