During the China Development Forum 2026 in Beijing, Ola Källenius, chairman of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, said that China's innovation landscape is dynamic. Mercedes-Benz continues to increase investment in new products while further deepening its partnerships with tech companies, including both big tech companies and new interesting startups.
He noted that although the Chinese market is competitively intense, it is also where Mercedes-Benz can deepen cooperation with Chinese partners, develop in China for China, and expand from China to the world.
