Murora showcases AI-powered smart lighting solution

Murora, a Chinese AI-driven healthy lighting brand, unveiled its next-generation whole-home smart lighting solution at Light + Building 2026, a trade fair for lighting and building services technology held recently in Frankfurt.

At the exhibition, the company presented two technologies — AI Voice Control and AI Self Adjusting Dimming — aimed at simplifying smart home lighting control and reducing reliance on fixed commands like "turn on reading mode" or "set brightness to 50 percent."

According to the company, AI Voice Control allows users to adjust lighting through natural, colloquial language rather than preset instructions. Visitors at the fair, for instance, saw the system respond to requests such as "I need softer light for my child reading" or "give me a sunset-like warm light to relax", including those made in some regional dialects.

Meanwhile, the AI Self Adjusting Dimming technology is designed to adapt brightness and color temperature to different activities. The company said the system can learn and anticipate user preferences, reducing the need for repeated manual adjustments.
