"Previously, I had to visit the service hall several times to apply for a capacity upgrade. Now everything is handled in a single home visit—it's truly hassle-free!"

Mr. Li, a resident of Yinhu Community who recently returned home from working out of town, shared his experience after trying the "Integrated Team & Hall" service model at the Quanshan Service Center of State Grid Xuzhou Power Supply Company, expressing high praise for its efficiency.

As the Spring Festival approaches, the Quanshan Service Center has introduced the innovative "Integrated Team & Hal" service model to deliver more efficient, convenient, and heartwarming power supply services to the public.

This model breaks down traditional operational barriers by deeply integrating the functions of low-voltage field teams and business hall staff. By strengthening real-time, on-site service capabilities of customer managers, it achieves seamless coordination between "one-stop front-desk acceptance" and "rapid on-site response," eliminating gaps in business processing. At the same time, a staffing mechanism featuring "multi-skilled personnel with cross-functional backup" has been adopted to enhance human resource utilization and overall service capacity.

"The service efficiency was remarkable! I submitted my EV charging pile application one day, and the power was connected the next," said Mr. Liu, another returning resident. After he applied for electricity access for his charging pile, the business hall promptly transferred the request to the assigned customer manager, who completed the on-site survey the same day. The meter was installed and power activated the following day, meeting the urgent electricity needs of returning residents' electric vehicles within just 24 hours.

In addition, addressing issues such as aging wiring and moisture-damaged equipment in long-vacant homes, as well as new electricity demands including EV charging and shop expansions, the center has leveraged the closed-loop management advantages of the "Integrated Team & Hall" model and the "front-end acceptance + back-end rapid processing" workflow. A dedicated service registry has been established for returning residents' requests. The center has carried out comprehensive, grid-style inspections across its service area, providing "full electrical health check-ups" for returning households to eliminate potential hazards such as deteriorated circuits, while actively promoting safe electricity usage knowledge.

Relying on the grid-based services extended from the "Integrated Team & Hall" model, the company has also set up service stations at demonstration hall locations. Equipped with medical supplies, drinking water dispensers, microwave ovens, charging facilities, and toolkits, these stations provide a warm and convenient space for visiting customers, sanitation workers, and other community members—ensuring that while service efficiency is enhanced, the festive warmth of the New Year is equally felt.
