China Coast Guard rescues Filipino sailors

On January 23, a foreign cargo vessel capsized near China's Huangyan Island, with 21 Filipino crew members on board.
The PLA Southern Theater Command is also sending military aircraft to conduct continuous search operations over the accident area. Seventeen people have been rescued, of whom two sadly lost their lives, and one remains under emergency treatment.
