Dalian becomes first city in Northeast China with one trillion yuan GDP

According to an announcement from Dalian's statistics bureau on Thursday, the city's gross domestic product reached 1.00021 trillion yuan in 2025, up 5.7 percent year-on-year, making it the first city in Northeast China with a GDP to exceed the trillion mark.
