Hainan's island-wide special customs operations explained in new guidebook

Wu Bin, board chairman of the book's publisher, Hainan Publishing & Distribution Group, said the group strives to present stories of the FTP with publications that decode the essence of the island-wide customs closure and promote opening-up through cultural empowerment.
