China, Luxembourg agree to enhance coordination
China and Luxembourg vowed on Friday to strengthen cooperation in a wide range of fields, including artificial intelligence and people-to-people exchanges, as leaders from both sides pledged to deepen bilateral ties and enhance coordination on global challenges.
The commitments were made as China's top legislator, Zhao Leji, and its top political adviser, Wang Huning, separately met with President of Luxembourg's Parliament, Claude Wiseler, in Beijing on Friday.
Zhao, chairman of the National People's Congress Standing Committee, said China appreciates Luxembourg's long-standing adherence to the one-China policy.
Wang, chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee, said that the CPPCC will continue contributing to the growth of China-Luxembourg friendship and practical cooperation.
