Historical records reveal that the ancient ginkgo was transplanted during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644). To preserve this living heritage, a comprehensive conservation system has been implemented, involving caretakers from various levels of the local government. Regular inspections and protection measures are conducted, including soil loosening, watering, pruning, fertilizing, and safeguarding against fire, damage, disease, and pests.
