"Fascism is lost, but it did not die," said Dr. Zlatko Lagumdzija, permanent representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the UN. He urged prevention against the resurgence of past atrocities when marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the World Anti-Fascist War. He also noted that all countries have to live in harmony for economic prosperity, as "we are all neighbors".
