Shenzhou XXI — Midnight sunrise
Share - WeChat
While it's midnight on Earth, we are greeted by a "midnight sunrise" at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The Shenzhou XXI crew has entered the Tiangong space station and begun the handover with the Shenzhou XX crew. This marks the seventh space get-together in China's aerospace history. They will remain in orbit for about six months, while the four mice sent into space with them will undergo in-orbit studies to investigate how microgravity and confined environments affect them. Through their endeavors, China's space program is making miracles the new normal.
