Taicang signs over 20 projects with central SOEs

Taicang, an economic hub in East China's Jiangsu province, signed more than 20 investment and cooperation projects with central State-owned enterprises and leading research institutes during a promotional event in Beijing on Thursday.

The agreements were inked with organizations including Huaneng Group Fuel, SDIC Technology Innovation, and the China Aviation Design and Planning Institute. At the same event, the Taicang Investment Promotion (Beijing) Center and an aerospace R&D innovation base were inaugurated.

More than 20 industrial projects, such as the BOE sensor project, were confirmed to settle in Taicang. Likewise, five financial projects, including the China International Capital Corporation (CICC) Intelligent Industry Fund, were launched to strengthen the city's innovation ecosystem further.
