Romania drone incident a 'provocation' from Kyiv
The Russian embassy in Romania has said a drone incursion in Romanian airspace was a "provocation" by Ukraine after Moscow's envoy was summoned by the Foreign Ministry over the incident. Ambassador Vladimir Lipayev said Romania's charge that Russia was responsible for the intrusion was "unfounded". An embassy statement said late on Sunday, "All the facts lead one to believe that it was a deliberate provocation by the Kyiv regime" and added that Romania had failed to "concretely and convincingly respond" to questions posed by Russia. Romania has had several drone fragments crash on its territory since the conflict began. The country reported late on Saturday that its airspace had been breached by a Russian drone.

Charlie Kirk shooting suspect not cooperating
The man arrested in the killing of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk is not cooperating with authorities, but investigators are working to establish a motive for the shooting by talking to his friends and family, Utah Governor Spencer Cox said on Sunday. The accused gunman, Tyler Robinson, 22, would be formally charged on Tuesday, Cox said. Investigators have yet to piece together why Robinson allegedly scaled a rooftop at Utah Valley University during an outdoor event and shot Kirk in the neck at long range on Wednesday. Robinson has not confessed to investigators, Cox told the ABC program This Week. "He is not cooperating, but all the people around him were cooperating, and I think that's very important." FBI Director Kash Patel said on Monday that DNA found at the scene has been matched to Robinson.
