As of early Thursday, 23 of the 29 telecommunications facilities damaged by the disaster had been restored, and homestays and hotels have gradually resumed operations.
Among the most critical tasks was restoring electricity to 31 villages across Luozhuangzi and Xiaying towns, which experienced power outages during the flooding.
