Over the past 24 years, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) has grown from six member states to a big family of 26 member states, observers and dialogue partners, deepening cooperation in politics, economy, security, cultural and people-to-people exchanges.

Each collaboration conveys the "Shanghai Spirit" featuring "mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality, consultation, respect for diversity of civilizations and pursuit of common development".

Now, we invite you to answer the call for submissions: "Grow with SCO". Record development with words, capture change through lenses, share warmth via videos.

从黄浦江奔流不息的浪潮，到海河之滨的波光粼粼，24年来，上海合作组织从6个成员国发展到如今拥有成员国、观察员国、对话伙伴国共计26个国家的大家庭。这些跨越山海的好朋友、好伙伴，在政治、经济、安全、文化、教育等各领域，实现互信、互利、平等的“多向奔赴”。

24载岁月如歌，见证的不仅是东方大国与欧亚大陆的文明交响，更是各国人民间的深情厚谊。每一次握手、每一次交流、每一次合作，都在书写温暖动人的“上合故事”，传递“互信、互利、平等、协商、尊重多样文明、谋求共同发展”的“上海精神”。

我们诚邀您，跟随“我和上合共成长”作品征集活动的脚步，用文字记录发展，用镜头捕捉变化，由视频传递温暖，共同讲述上合组织多彩故事，展望上合组织美好未来。

1. Individuals or team representatives who have participated in cooperation projects under the SCO framework (such as economy and trade, science and technology, education, culture, environmental protection, health, youth exchange, etc.)

2. Practitioners committed to promoting friendly exchanges and cooperation among SCO member states

3. Individuals from all walks of life who follow the SCO's development

活动面向上海合作组织成员国、观察员国及对话伙伴国相关人员开展征集：

1. 曾参与上合框架下合作项目（如经贸、科技、教育、文化、环保、卫生、青年交流等）的个人或团队代表；

2. 致力于推动上合组织成员国间友好交流与务实合作的践行者；

3. 关注上合组织发展的社会各界人士。

Renowned experts will be invited to shortlist works from all the submissions. The selected works will be featured on the China Daily Website.
Creators of outstanding works will be invited to participate in activities such as on-site creation tours, round-table talks, etc.

主办方将邀请权威专家遴选优秀作品，入选作品将在中国日报网活动专题页面发布；同时，优秀作品创作者将有机会受邀参加采风创作、交流座谈等活动。

1. Written articles

Features: Describe the study, work and life experiences of an individual or a group in the SCO member states (such as study life, entrepreneurial journey, cooperation projects, cultural exchanges, etc.) with authentic and vivid details
Essay/Prose: Express personal emotions, insights and thoughts related to the SCO's development
Comments/Opinions: Elaborate on your understanding of the SCO's development and the "Shanghai Spirit"

2. Photographs

Wonderful moments of participating in the SCO activities (meetings, forums, cultural festivals, etc.)
Observation of the SCO's development (urban appearance changed by cooperation projects, the friendship enhanced by cultural exchanges, etc.)

3. Visual design works

Reflect the theme of "Grow with SCO" and the "Shanghai Spirit" in visual form
Be themed and positive

4. Short videos

Tell your "Grow with SCO" stories via micro-documentaries, interviews, short scenes, animations, etc.
Show the culture and customs, cooperation achievements or touching moments of the SCO family through vlogs, creative remixes, etc.

1. 文稿类

人物故事：讲述个人或团队在上合组织框架下，在上合组织成员国学习、工作、生活等经历（如留学生活、创业历程、合作项目、文化交流等），要求真实感人，细节生动。
随笔/散文：抒发个人与上合组织发展相关的情感、感悟与思考。
评论/观点：结合自身经历或观察，阐述对上合组织发展、“上海精神”的理解。

2. 摄影类

记录参与上合相关活动（会议、论坛、文化节、项目现场等）的精彩瞬间。
呈现对上合组织发展成果的观察（因合作项目改变的城市面貌、因文化交流增进的友谊等）。

3. 海报设计类

以视觉设计形式诠释“我和上合共成长”主题及“上海精神”。
设计需主题鲜明、积极向上。

4. 短视频类

讲述个人或团队的“上合成长故事”（微纪录片、人物访谈、情景短剧、动画等）。
展现上合组织大家庭人文风情、合作成果或感人瞬间（Vlog、创意混剪等）。

2. A true story

The characters and experiences should not be fictional. Photography and short videos should be original.

3. Technical requirements

Written articles: 600 to 1,500 words
Photographs: JPEG/PNG; single image under 2MB (long edge 650-1000px) or group photos (4-8 images), including captions. Email attachments total size under 20 MB.
Visual design works: JPEG/PNG, with a resolution of no less than 300dpi
Short videos: MP4 preferred (1080p), under 150MB, less than 4 minutes, English or Chinese subtitles encouraged. It's recommended to upload your video via cloud drive and send us the link with the description text. Large email attachments are likely to be blocked.

紧扣“我和上合共成长”主题，体现“上海精神”。

2. 作品内容

故事、人物、经历需真实可信，杜绝虚构。摄影、视频作品需为原创拍摄。作品内容健康，传递正能量，旨在促进上合组织大家庭的团结与发展。

3. 格式规范

文稿类作品篇幅600-1500字以内（可配图）；
摄影类作品单张2MB以内（长边650-1000像素），组照4-8张，格式优先JPEG/PNG，需附简短文字说明（时间、地点、人物、事件及故事背景），邮件附件总大小20MB内；
设计类作品提交电子稿，作品为JPG/PNG格式，分辨率不低于300dpi；
短视频作品150MB以内（4分钟以内），格式优先MP4，分辨率1080p，画质清晰，声音清楚，可配中文或英文字幕。建议传网盘链接，附视频配文。邮件附件过大容易被拦截。

1. The contributor shall hold independent, complete, clear and undisputed ownership and copyright and all other rights to the submitted work, and shall not plagiarize, copy or counterfeit any third-party works. Video works shall not be entirely composed of online materials, shall not contain any commercial logos, and if AI tools are used in the creation, such use must be clearly indicated. The submitted work shall not contain any information or take on any form that is illegal or against public order and good customs, and shall not infringe upon any legitimate rights and interests of any third parties, including but not limited to copyright, right of portraiture, right of reputation, right of privacy. In the event of any violation or infringement, the contributor shall assume full liability, and the qualification for selection shall be terminated.

2. The contributor must provide information including personal name and contact details, as well as name and description of the work truthfully. Submission under a pseudonym, alias, or anonymity is not allowed. All provided information must be authentic without any willful fabricated. Any violation will result in disqualification from the activity.

3. The contributor hereby agrees and authorizes China Daily Website to utilize the selected works for purposes including but not limited to exhibitions, displays, publications, distribution, communication through information networks, promotion, advertising, use in other works, adaptation into videos, and any other forms of use or public communication. The rights to use the submitted work include but are not limited to reproduction, distribution, exhibition, screening, broadcasting, communication through information networks, adaptation, and compilation and other copyrights, as well as authorization of other partners to use it in the same way as above. No additional remuneration shall be provided for the aforementioned uses.
