Luxury hotel launches Central Axis-themed afternoon tea

"If our Mexican guests can find similarities when enjoying our tacos filled with Jing jiang rou si (sautéed shredded pork in sweet bean sauce) or if our French guests feel a touch of romance savoring our mousse, that embodies the concept of 'staying in the moment'—exactly what we aim for here at JW Marriott," Hoo said.

To enhance the guest experience, the hotel has partnered with Jingqi, a travel agency that offers electric bike tours of Beijing for both locals and visitors. Guests can rent an e-bike for 50 yuan ($6.95) per hour, available at the hotel, allowing them to explore the city at their leisure.

The Central Axis-themed afternoon tea, priced at 268 yuan (37.28) apiece, will be available for sale every day between 2 PM-5:30 PM, until September 30, 2025.
