Recently, the US Department of Commerce issued guidelines, attempting to globally ban China's advanced computing chips under the pretext of presumed violation of US export controls. Zhou Mi, a senior research fellow at the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, stated that export controls are only intended to restrict the export of domestic technology, and the US guidelines this time aim to hinder products from other countries, which is very unreasonable and illogical.
