The workshop operates under the "employment-driven + heritage + market" model, offering training and job opportunities to impoverished individuals and skilled artisans. It serves as a strong platform for preserving and promoting Quyang stone carving.

To date, the workshop has employed over 30 master sculptors and provided jobs for more than 370 college graduates and skilled workers. With an investment exceeding 3.2 million yuan ($400,000), it has supported rural and industrial revitalization, helping 811 formerly impoverished households increase their income. It also offers skill training for local residents, raising their average annual income from 7,000 to 30,000 yuan.
