The giant golden shining "hat" in the Japanese city of Osaka is a central part of the ongoing Expo 2025, which is being held under the theme of "Designing Future Society for Our Lives".

Composed of a cylindrical base topped with a gold disk, the Shining Hat is host to major expo events. As dusk falls, its exterior wall becomes a stage on which projection-mapped shows created by artists from around the world are displayed.

One of them is Future Weave, created by Wang Dian, who also works under the pseudonym of LEOW.

In collaboration with another three artists, Li Ji, Liu Huiwen, and Guo Xiaotong, Wang has orchestrated a visual symphony of light music, which intertwine to convey a futuristic feeling.
