China slams White House on "lab leak"

The "lab leak" theory has resurfaced, with Trump's team reintroducing it on an official White House webpage. But this move is driven by political motives, targeting China, the Biden administration, and Democrats.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson stated that the US needs to stop politicizing and weaponizing origins-tracing at once, and stop scapegoating others.

If the US truly seeks to trace the virus's origins, perhaps it should begin by investigating earlier US blood samples that showed COVID antibodies before the Wuhan outbreak.
