State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company holds livestreaming session to answer public concerns

On Feb 17, the State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company, in collaboration with the Kuitun City Media and Communication Center, launched the livestreaming event "Face-to-Face Power Services". Electricity workers were invited to enter the livestreaming room, interact and communicate with the general public online, answer electricity-related questions, and promote knowledge of safe electricity usage.

This livestreaming event was carried out on the Douyin platform of "Kuitun City Media and Communication Center", attracting thousands of citizens to watch online. During the livestreaming, citizens asked questions one after another and actively participated in the interaction.

During the livestream, the hosts and staff members from the State Grid Kuitun Power Supply Company provided detailed answers to the hot issues that citizens raised. They also gave professional explanations on how to optimize power supply services and identify potential hazards in safe electricity use.

"Why has my electricity bill been a bit high recently?" "What procedures are required to install a charging pile in the community?" Facing these questions raised by citizens, the hosts and guests patiently answered them and provided specific solutions. This "face-to-face" communication method not only shortens the distance with citizens, but also makes the interpretation of policies and service guidance more accurate and effective.

"The form of interaction and Q&A between the power supply company and citizens in the livestreaming room is really great. They answer our questions immediately whenever we have any. It's so helpful. I hope they can hold more livestreaming sessions in this form, which we ordinary people really like!" Wan Xiuli, who lives in the Wuermaike community in Kuitun city, couldn't stop praising the livestreaming Q&A session held by the power supply company.
