On Feb 12, staff members from the State Grid Fuyang Power Supply Company visited Fuyang Gangqi Precision Technology Co Ltd to understand the enterprise's electricity consumption needs, inspect the power distribution equipment and facilitate the enterprise's resumption of work and production.
With the end of the Spring Festival holiday, enterprises in the three urban districts of Fuyang have pressed the "start button" for resuming work and production that entered a busy "production mode". State Grid Fuyang Power Supply Company, by sorting out customers' electricity consumption demands, opinions and suggestions, has established a multi-professional collaborative service team. The team has gone to the "three districts and five parks" and various townships respectively to provide full-process follow-up services for enterprises' post-holiday production electricity use, carried out on-site service work, assigned electricity "stewards" to industrial enterprises above designated size, and provided "one-to-one" special team services. At the same time, the company has strengthened communication and connection with the governments of the three districts, coordinated the power grid planning and construction of various industrial park, and created a favorable power environment for achieving the goal of "attracting investment with electricity supply guaranteed".
In recent days, each special work team of the company has not only visited the production workshops and power distribution rooms of enterprises. They have conducted meticulous inspections of the operating conditions of equipment, power supply lines, metering devices etc. They have also evaluated the health of electrical equipment, helped formulate rectification plans, followed up and implemented measures to eliminate defects. Moreover, based on the characteristics of enterprises' production loads, they have put forward professional suggestions, actively guided customers to download the "State Grid Online" APP, carefully understood the production electricity demand, tailored reasonable electricity consumption plans for enterprises and helped them reduce costs and increase efficiency.
In addition, in terms of technical support, the company also proactively provides technical support to customers. As of now, the State Grid Fuyang Power Supply Company has visited 68 enterprises, assisted in rectifying 16 various potential hazards, and made preparations for power restoration of equipment for 12 enterprises that went through the procedures for suspending transformers before Spring Festival. In the next stage, the company will continue to strengthen the follow-up guidance on enterprises' electricity consumption, respond promptly to their electricity demands, streamline the power-handling procedures, reduce the time taken for power-handling, lower the cost of power-handling, and continuously improve the quality of power supply services.
