'Full-capacity' power ensures development of enterprises

It is understood that the intelligent production workshop of Huali Motor was invested and built by Rongcheng Huali Motor to carry out intelligent transformation and process reengineering of the motor production process. A new digital workshop and intelligent logistics warehouse covering 50,000 square meters was established, boasting an annual production capacity of 8 million kilowatts and 260,000 motors. The overall production efficiency was increased by 57 percent, the rate of defective products was reduced by 45 percent, and the production and operation costs were cut by 25 percent. This project was included in the comprehensive standardization and new mode application initiative for intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

During the project reconstruction, Rongcheng Power Supply Company of the State Grid proactively provided services, visited the site to inquire about needs, facilitated the solution for temporary power use, and opened a green channel to strongly support the early progress, early acceptance and early operation of power supporting projects. In the daily operation of enterprises, they frequently provide on-site inspections and timely guidance to encourage enterprises to use electricity in a scientific and reasonable manner.
