"We reject a world dominated by wars, the dictatorship of the dollar, sanctions, and blockades," said Hugo Siles, ambassador of Bolivia to China while addressing the rising tide of Global South. "We aspire to the world proposed by China and other countries, focusing on building bridges of development, integration, commerce, and culture. This is the path that most countries in the Global South and beyond are pursuing today."
