"When we talk about the rise of the Global South, we are talking about facts and we are not discussing any particular leadership," said Marcelo Suarez Salvia, ambassador of Argentina to China. He believes the cooperation between developing countries is a reinforcing process of learning from each other and benefitting mutually.
