The Philippines has launched a new round of provocations against China in the South China Sea.
First up, Huangyan Island. Philippine government vessel 3003 ignored multiple warnings and deliberately rammed into a CCG ship. China responded with water cannons, a warning rather than a confrontation.
Second, exclusive footage shows Philippine ships, allegedly fishing, illegally gathering near Houteng Reef, with journalists onboard the PCG 4411. This raises suspicions of a staged operation.
