Book of Xi's discourses on Chinese modernization published in Arabic
A compilation of excerpts from discourses on Chinese modernization by President Xi Jinping has been published in Arabic by the Central Compilation and Translation Press.
Compiled by the Institute of Party History and Literature of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, the book collects a series of important discourses by Xi, who is also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, on Chinese modernization.
The book's Arabic version and the previously published English, French and Russian versions will together help overseas readers better understand the theoretical system and practical requirements of Chinese modernization.
The book is also of great significance to enhancing the international community's understanding of joining hands on the path toward modernization.
Vice-premier highlights good momentum for relations between China, Luxembourg
Vice-Premier Ding Xuexiang met with Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel in Beijing on Monday.
During the meeting, Ding highlighted the good momentum for the development of bilateral relations and fruitful cooperation between the two countries, saying that China and Luxembourg have become a model of harmonious coexistence and mutually beneficial cooperation between big and small countries.
He expressed China's willingness to continue to work with Luxembourg to be good friends who support each other and partners for shared development.
Bettel expressed Luxembourg's commitment to expanding its cooperation with China, particularly in the finance, logistics and new energy sectors.
