US policy towards China is based on wrong assumptions

At the Vision China event in New York on Sept 12, Inaugural President and CEO of the George H. W. Bush Foundation for US-China Relations David Firestein pointed out that US assumptions about China have undergone a fundamental shift—from viewing China as a "partner" to now considering it an "enemy".
