Philippines turns Xianbin Reef into a garbage dump

Xianbin Reef, located in the South China Sea, was infringed upon by the Philippines and used as a so-called military outpost. Depressingly, the Philippines' actions did great harm to the reef's ecosystem, where fishnets, scrap metal, and Filipino trash can be found everywhere.
