Green development: China takes the lead while the US falls behind

Harvey Dzodin, Deputy Chairman of HCD Earthcare Culture Association, said China is leading the way in terms of green development and the US has fallen behind.
He noted that there are two important factors for China's success: One is the leadership of the CPC, and the other is the use of five-year plans as a target and goal-setting exercise to put goals into action.
