Xi signs order on revised military audit regulations
Xi Jinping, chairman of the Central Military Commission, has signed an order to promulgate a set of revised regulations on military audit.
The regulations make clear the economic supervision orientation of military audit, stress its political nature and political functions, and feature more detailed rules for relevant work.
The regulations, comprising 75 articles in eight chapters, will take effect on July 1.
Li congratulates Modi on swearing-in as Indian PM
Premier Li Qiang congratulated Narendra Modi on Tuesday on being sworn in as India's prime minister for a third term.
In his congratulatory message, Li said the healthy and stable development of China-India relations is not only in the interest of both countries, but is also conducive to regional and global stability.
China is willing to work together with India to promote the development of bilateral ties in the correct direction, Li said.
Modi took the oath as India's prime minister for his third consecutive five-year term in New Delhi on Sunday.
