The awards ceremony and story-sharing event for the fifth edition of "My China Album" was held Thursday at the Chinese embassy in Washington DC. As one of the 17 winners, John Smagula, the assistant dean of the law school at Temple University in Philadelphia, said that tea culture can enhance China-US relations.
