New IMF Outlook says China will grow 4.6% this year

The newest International Monetary Fund's World Economic Outlook estimated that China will grow by 4.6 percent this year, unchanged from the previous forecast in January.
The report said that although China's economy is affected by the downturn in its property sector, domestic demand will remain lackluster for some time there is a chance to improve the sector with the implementation of strong measures and reforms to address the root cause.
It also said the overall monetary policy stance was moderately accommodative in China last year and is expected to remain broadly accommodative in 2024.
