The terrorist attack on a concert hall in a Moscow suburb on Friday night, which has resulted in a significant loss of life and injuries, has shocked the world and brought immense grief to the families of the victims. The attack is a deplorable act that must be unequivocally condemned by all nations and individuals who value peace and security.

By attacking the concertgoers with guns and explosives, the terrorists expose their brutality and cowardice, that they dare only take weapons against concertgoers and those with nothing but musical instruments in hand.

Terrorism is a challenge to the whole human civilization. What happened in Moscow on Friday could happen to anywhere in the world at any time. The international community unequivocally denounces this act of terror. The Chinese government and its people stand in solidarity with the victims and their families during this difficult time.

It is a reminder that terrorism remains one of the most serious threats to global peace and security, and it requires a unified and resolute response from all nations. The international community must work in close cooperation to ensure that those responsible are swiftly brought to justice in accordance with international law.

It is a call to action for all nations to stand together in the fight against extremism and to work tirelessly to prevent such tragedies from occurring in the future.
