This area brings together exhibition gardens from various regions of Sichuan province.

Bazhong has brought its spectacular karst landscape to the International Horticultural Exhibition 2024 Chengdu.

Covering over 1300 square meters, the unique karst cave landscape in the Bazhong exhibition garden stands out.

Soon, it will be combined with such local plants as Bazhong's green oak, azaleas, and spring swords to create a breathtaking display.

Situated at the climatic boundary between the north and south, Bazhong is blessed with the natural treasure of Guangwu Mountain, a dazzling gem embedded in the heart of the Qinba Mountains.

The Guangwu Mountain tourist area, spanning 830 square kilometers, nurtures rich biodiversity due to its unique geographical features. Its abundant mountain and water landscapes have made it a destination for many hiking enthusiasts.

Longhu Cave in the exhibition garden is located in Nuoshui Dongtian Scenic Area in Tongjiang county, Bazhong. The karst cave system in this scenic area has a history of 540 million years, maintaining a constant temperature of 18°C throughout the year, offering a cool retreat in summer and warmth in winter, making it an ideal destination for visitors in all seasons. It is reported that the scenic area has preliminarily identified 128 caves, possessing high scientific and aesthetic value.

The person in charge of the Bazhong exhibition garden stated that the opportunity to participant in the International Horticultural Exhibition 2024 Chengdu is particularly precious. Bazhong aims not only to showcase the millennium-old Qinba culture but also to demonstrate the aesthetic and humanistic values of modern Bazhong.

On February 23, Gao Pengling, deputy secretary of the Bazhong Municipal Party Committee and mayor, visited the construction site of the Bazhong exhibition garden at the International Horticultural Exhibition 2024 Chengdu and emphasized the need to leverage the expo platform to showcase Bazhong's ecological achievements and urban image to the world, and better tell the story of Bazhong.
