Wendeng Branch of Weihai Public Resource Trading Center supports local economic development

The Wendeng Branch of the Weihai Public Resource Trading Center has taken various measures to optimize its public resource trading process, improve transaction efficiency, expand the scope of transactions, and support local economic development.

The Wendeng Branch assists in the rapid implementation of key projects, proactively engages with relevant departments, opens a "green channel" to prioritize announcements for key projects, and arranges consultation venues in advance, saving approximately 20 days of bidding time for these projects.

The branch conducts remote evaluation to reduce evaluation costs and improve efficiency. This year, it has jointly evaluated projects with such locations as Anlu and Shishou in Hubei province, as well as Longkou in Yantai, Shandong province.

The organization expands the scope of transactions by proactively engaging with relevant departments, discussing the trading process and regulations for sand and gravel resources, and assisting in achieving new heights in sand and gravel resource trading. It has also established a platform for trading marine usage rights, with no charges, greatly reducing transaction costs.

The branch strives to remove barriers and hidden obstacles that hinder fair competition and the common development of various types of enterprises in the bidding field, effectively regulating various types of trading activities.
