Logistics sector expands in November
China's logistics sector expanded in November, industry data showed on Monday. An index tracking the country's logistics market performance stood at 53.3 last month, up 0.4 percentage point from October, according to the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing. A reading above 50 indicates expansion, while a reading below reflects contraction.
Internet firms post robust growth
China's internet sector registered robust growth in business revenue and profits in the first 10 months of this year, according to data from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Major internet companies saw their cumulative profits rise 10 percent year-on-year to 107.4 billion yuan ($15.1 billion) during the period, the data showed.
