AI voice scams in the US raise concern

In recent years, robocalling frauds in the US have become increasingly widespread and disturbing. Now, with the development of generative artificial intelligence, fraudsters use artificial intelligence technology to imitate the voices of acquaintances to carry out real-time call fraud, which is tough to guard against. According to US cybersecurity firm McAfee, 52 percent of Americans have shared their voice online, providing fodder for scammers to copy.
