According to preliminary statistics, as of Wednesday, a total of 710 firefighters and 145 firefighting vehicles, as well as 200 forest and grassland firefighting people with 20 vehicles, have been deployed to the rescue site in Zhuozhou. Various rescue teams have brought more than 500 boats.

Currently, the rescue forces at the scene are meeting the rescue needs.

According to www.cnr.cn, rescue personnel from the country are rushing to Zhuozhou to provide assistance.

Due to continuous heavy rainfall and the impact of upstream floodwaters, the risk of river overflow and urban waterlogging in Zhuozhou has intensified, making the flood prevention situation extremely severe, it reported.

Several rivers inside Zhuozhou, including the Beijuma, Xiaoqing, and Baigou rivers, have experienced significant increases in water flow. Many bridges within the city have been washed away, and some vital transportation routes have been disrupted. Several mountainous villages have experienced power outages and water shortages, with damaged communication facilities.

The difficult terrain has posed challenges to emergency rescue operations, requiring water-specific professional rescue personnel and related rescue materials.
