China will strengthen supervision and law enforcement against market intervention behaviors, and will consolidate the institutional and regulatory foundations for fair competition, the State Administration for Market Regulation said on Monday.

Zhu Jianqiao, director of the comprehensive planning department of the SAMR, said the country will accelerate the revision of China's Anti-Unfair Competition Law, promote the introduction of the regulation on fair competition review and optimize the registration system for enterprises that move from one region to another.

He told a news briefing on Monday that the country will clear obstacles that hinder the construction of the unified national market and deal with behaviors that hinder the free flow of goods, factors and resources.
