Lenovo unveils latest ThinkPad series

Chinese tech heavyweight Lenovo Group Ltd has unveiled its latest ThinkPad series of PCs, aiming for consumers of high-end productivity tools amid intensified competition.

Wang Zhong, chief thought officer for ThinkPad at Lenovo, said the 2023 series adheres to the three major principles of "technological innovation, craftsmanship and experience".

US market research company International Data Corp predicted as the Chinese economy gradually recovers, demand for PC procurement by enterprises will bottom out and rebound in 2023, posting positive growth.

IDC forecast PC procurement demand in the large enterprise market is expected to increase by 3.7 percent year-on-year in 2023.
