March 27, 2023: Three students and three adults were killed inside The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee. The suspect, a former student, was killed by police.

Jan 21, 2023: A 72-year-old man killed 11 people and injured nine others in a shooting at a Lunar New Year dance in Monterey Park, California.

July 4, 2022: Seven people were killed and at least 30 hurt when a gunman on a rooftop opened fire on a parade in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park.

May 24, 2022: Nineteen children and two adults were killed when an 18-year-old gunman opened fire at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

May 14, 2022: A white supremacist opened fire at a supermarket in a predominantly black neighborhood in Buffalo, New York, killing 10 people and wounding several others.

Aug 3, 2019: A 21-year-old gunman opened fire at a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas, killing 23 people.

May 18, 2018: A 17-year-old student at Santa Fe High School near Houston killed 10 people.

Nov 5, 2017: A 26-year-old gunman opened fire at a church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, killing 26 people. The air force had failed to report the shooter's domestic violence conviction to a federal database and he was able to buy guns.
