BEIJING -- Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Qin Gang met with Vladimir Gennadievich Titov, Russia's First Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, in Beijing on Monday. They exchanged views on bilateral relations and international and regional issues of common concern.
