Epec marks 3t in cumulative transactions

Epec.com, the e-commerce platform for the industrial products of China Petrochemical Corp, also known as Sinopec and the world's largest refiner by volume, has reached an accumulated transaction amount of 3 trillion yuan since its launch in 2016.

More than 8 million products are available on the platform so far, drawing from industries including coal, steel, petrochemicals and oil equipment. After seven years' operation, the number of registered enterprises has reached 120,000, the company said.

With a broader presence worldwide, many companies globally are showing interest in joining Epec to sell or buy industrial products, it added.
